I’ve selected the wrong software package; how do I change it to a different one?
If you’ve selected the wrong software package and have already started your return, it can’t be changed. You’ll need to start a new return with the correct package.
I’ve been given the error message 'unable to NETFILE,' what should I do?
Check for any errors or messages from the CRA on the NETFILE page. If needed, contact the CRA for help at 1-800-959-8281.
How do I check the status of my return?
If you dropped off your documents at an office, contact the office directly. For returns submitted via NETFILE, check the CRA’s My Account portal or call 1-800-959-8281.
