The Opportunity:
The District Operations Coordinator reports to the District Manager and is responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and supporting the overall functioning of their District.
The District Operations Coordinator also participates in Tax Season preparedness including interviewing and onboarding seasonal Associates, ordering supplies, setting up offices.
Main Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to the District Manager and other leaders.
Collaborates with the District Manager to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Assists with the recruitment, onboarding and training of new Associates, ensuring they are familiar with company processes and procedures.
Coordinates and schedules meetings and training sessions.
Maintains and organizes district files, records, and documents.
Assists with payroll and human resources-related tasks such as timecard validation and scheduling
Coordinates and communicates with various departments.
Responds to inquiries and provides information to associates and clients.
Monitors and tracks district performance metrics and prepares reports.
Assists with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assists in the coordination of district events and promotional activities.
Key Qualifications and Education
Post-secondary education in business or sales and 3 years of experience in retail environment or a relevant combination of education and experience.
Valid driver’s license required, along with a reliable vehicle and current/valid vehicle insurance.
Proficient in MS Office Suite applications.
Skills and Attributes
Demonstrated administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.
Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for data management and reporting.
Analytical mindset to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
Strong customer service mindset to addressing inquiries and supporting Associates and clients.
Ability to setup workstation computers and work with various software packages.
Physical Demands
Sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time (majority of the workday).
May be required to work overtime.
Will be required to drive/travel up to 50% during post/pre-season and Tax Season
Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
