What is a T2200 Declaration of Conditions of Employment form?

Your employer completes the T2200 form to certify your eligibility for certain deductions you can claim against your employment income. Your employer fills in information about duties required, expenses, travel, commissions and if you were required to work from home for any amount of time. You don't have to file this form with your return, but you should keep it in case the CRA asks to see it.
