The Employer Solutions program creates partnerships that bring the strengths of H&R Block's tax services and expertise directly to medium and large organizations. Employer Solutions offers select organizations an opportunity to provide convenient and affordable tax solutions and receive access to valuable education resources on tax issues that impact their associates.

How does my organization enroll in the program?
It's easy to bring this exciting benefit to your organization. You start by providing H&R Block with a human resources, benefits or payroll contact to serve as your organizations Employer Solutions representative. Your representative will complete an enrolment form to establish your custom program. Once details of the program are established we will work with your organization to launch and market the program.
How long does the program run?
Your organization can receive the value added benefits of Employer Solutions for as long as they wish.
What products and services are available through the Employer Solutions program?
Employer Solutions offers H&R Block's full suite of tax preparation services adding convenience, expertise and savings. H&R Block Tax Experts will help our clients make sense of their taxes and work to get every refund dollar they are entitled to receive. Online Tax Preparation combines H&R Block's professional tax return service with the latest technology to offer your associates savings, flexibility and convenience. With Instant Cash Back®1 they can walk in with their taxes - walk out with their refund in 20 minutes (conditions apply). Your employees receive access to our Tax Experts whenever they need them. The free Second Look2 is a complimentary review of your employees' returns to see if they are entitled to more money. They could get two refunds this year! (at participating offices). Our Tax Experts can also prepare small business, rental, GST, corporate, U.S., trust and estate tax returns to service all of your associates needs.
What does the Employer Solutions program include?
In addition to savings on tax preparation, the Employer Solutions program includes educational updates and tax tips, access to on site seminars that will inform your associates about issues that affect them.
The program also provides toll free telephone support year-round.
Who can participate in the program?
Each organization determines the scope of participation in its program. Participants can include full-time and part-time associates, members, retirees and contractors.
