- Position: Tax Professional (Seasonal Opportunity)
- Location: Various locations across Canada
- Department: Operations
As a key representative of H&R Block, you are responsible for preparing complete and accurate tax returns as well as introducing clients to and offering other H&R Block products and services with the goal of helping clients achieve their financial objectives.
The successful candidate(s) will possess:
- understanding of tax preparation and/or previous tax preparation experience (experience using tax preparation software an asset);
- excellent communication skills - must be proficient in the English language - both oral and written;
- proven customer service skills;
- strong analytical skills;
- ability to work independently and/or in a team setting;
- willingness to work flexible hours.
