- Position: Client Service Manager (Seasonal)
- Location: Various locations across Canada
- Department: Operations
The Client Service Manager ensures that the tax office provides excellent client service at
all times. The Client Service Manager also supervises and supports other associates in the
tax office, helping to ensure client retention and growth in the business. Some specific
duties include:
- scheduling associates;
- ensuring company policies and procedures are being adhered to;
- managing the daily opening/closing of the office, including balancing cash, recording transactions and completing bank deposits; and
- resolving client and associate concerns.
The successful candidate(s) will possess:
- previous supervisory experience
- superior customer service skills.
- ability to communicate fluently in English.
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- willingness to work flexible hours.
